At Your Unique Tarot, we aim to provide a high-quality service. Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy.
Eligibility
- Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase
- You must have used fewer than 5 message credits
- Your account must be in good standing
- Only one refund per customer is permitted
How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to hello@youruniquetarot.com
- Include your account email address and purchase date
- We will verify your credit usage and purchase time
Important Notes
- Once 5 or more message credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable
- After the 24-hour window expires, purchases are non-refundable
- Digital services are considered "consumed" once message credits are used
