    At Your Unique Tarot, we aim to provide a high-quality service. Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy.

    Eligibility

    • Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase
    • You must have used fewer than 5 message credits
    • Your account must be in good standing
    • Only one refund per customer is permitted

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Email your refund request to hello@youruniquetarot.com
    2. Include your account email address and purchase date
    3. We will verify your credit usage and purchase time

    Important Notes

    • Once 5 or more message credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable
    • After the 24-hour window expires, purchases are non-refundable
    • Digital services are considered "consumed" once message credits are used
